DL-33 circular does partial justice again.
JCO/OR pension from 2009 onwards revised to
NOTIONAL MAXIMUM with PRO-RATA reduction.
DL-33 should have been 50% of NOTIONAL MAXIMUM
Sans pro-rata reduced; instead of 50% of MGP.
That would have been undiluted DL-33.
Thus, have we got real dues? Can u throw some
Light on the issue! Thanks.
