Dear Sir,

I am an ex NC(E) took discharge with 20% disability Cat CEE (P) and injury is fully attributable to service and pension is granted on my personal representation as they depended on injury report, initial injury was marked by then dealing clk as not attributable to service.

Thereafter when my cat was permanent the medical officer had questioned commanding officer, how the injury was not attributable to service, as the place of injury is tarmac in front of sqn head quarters. at 0035 hrs while winding up night flying duties.

thereafter my appeal was considered and sanctioned 20% for life.

Now i have request you that kindly help to get it rounding to 50% as per the supreme court orders, the mod had issued orders i the same order reference number for applying to dav to rounding to 50% medical pension

Dear Sir,
I am a re-employed ex servicemen JWO of Flt Gnr trade who got prematurely discharged from the Air Force after completing 21 years in 31 Aug 1996 and re-employed in SBT.
I am extremely grateful to you sir for the information you have through your blog and informed all re-employed pensioners and making them aware that they are eligible to draw DA over their pension. Even though I am re employed in in a public sector bank most of us are unaware of our entitlements as a pensioner. On receipt of a request from me you have immediately mailed all the requisite material necessary to submit to my pension disbursing officials for payment of pending DA.Even after your hectic and busy schedules you have addressed my concerns immediately within the least possible time. I will be indebted and committed for the kind act of helping immensely the ex-servicemen like me. No words are strong enough to express my gratitude and thanks to you sir. I will forward the details to my pension disbursing officer and CPPC of SBI. I shall intimate the progress as and when made available to me. Once again I along with my family wholeheartedly pray for you good health and long life for this yeomen service.

with warm regards
