Dear sir this chart for minimum pension is 1400 to 1500 less for every one which they are drawing now. The chart is also not matching from the table you have published for minimum pension. A clarification in this regard is much awaited from your end please.
sir , as per the court order 24 sep 2012 circular no 501 , is applicable Wef 01.01.2006, but in the chart attached with the this order showing amounts are lesser than circular no 501, and circular no 430 dt on 2009, i hope this chart is belongs to circular no 397 , which is come out along with 6 pay commission .Am feeling pity on this under secretory who signed the letter without scrutinizing the truth .or it is trick of babu ?
Sir, what will be the next step to rectify the error... As we are already late in comparision to civil counterpart. Hope you will do something.
Babus will always create confusion and that will take months to rectify. It my experience of last 41 years.
Dear SirThese babu have made fool all defence forces it is absolutely wrong chart . The cart given by u some time back is perfect reflection of the court orderfor example take the case of Sgt - X GP for 15 year this chart showing 4883 which is total wrong . As per Court Order a X Group Sgt Should get Min Pre Revised pay band i.e 4670-85-5945 will be 4670*1.86 = 8686.20 rounded up to 10 will come 8690 this will be min band now amount will as 8690+2800+2000+1400 = 14890 so 14890/2 = 7445 . So 7445/- Should be pension basic for Sgt X group for 15 year of service . Dear sir if u have understood the formula how this babu have calculated this chart please give some detail on this site thanks all my friend pray to god that god give them some budhi
@ Hariprakash Arya sir.. your calculation is absolutely correct and if u see MGP for 28 yrs service and above is 7445 for non diploma gp x sgt. but still the delinking of 33 yrs service clause is yet to be implementedas and when implemented u will get the magic figure calculated by u.....THE ANOMALY IN THIS APPLICATION IS, WHEN THE MGP WAS REDUCED PRO RATE IT WAS FOUND THAT THE LAC PENSION IS MORE THAN CPL/SGT SO CPL/SGT PENSION IS STEPPED UP TO LAC PENSION. BUT THE WEIGHTAGE APPLIED TO LAC PENSION IS WRONG ONLY 10 YRS WEIGHTAGE IS APPLIED WHERE AS IN FACT IT IS 12 YRS WEIGHTAGE.so lac calculated pension is 6445 x 25/33 =4883 where as it should be 6445 x 27/33=5273....so the lac/cpl/sgt pensions r short-fixed by rs 390....LET ALL OF US LAC/CPLS/SGTS/ SHOUT FOR THIS FOR JUSTICE BY LOGIN A COMPLAINT ON DESWSITE AND NATIONAL GRIEVANCE PORTAL SITE....THE LINK http://pgportal.gov.in/GrievanceNew.aspx COMMON FOR BOTH THE SITES....
FRIENDS HERE IS THE LINK OF MY COMPLAINT the link http://www.pgportal.gov.in/ViewStatusForm.aspx?useraction=settings$JS=bJf4ic3Ce6xjWGNz
Sir, Please do it for all. Abhi to Bhai log Jantar Mantar Per Hai.
We will have to file a case in AFT on the basis of AFT Chandigarh Order which was confirmed by Apex Court.
i hope babus are knowingly doing it , like old trick of Clk/gd , while typing just make a error in the service no ,and POR will not be matching , and finally individual has to wait for next POR , same trick is done by Babus. What a idea sir ji ,
