MALPRACTICE IN APPLYING FOR JOBS IN THE CATEGORY OF EX-SERVICEMEN
1. In the category of Ex-servicemen many serving servicemen who are not eligible as per your notification requirements (for example to be discharged on or before 31 Mar 2017) are applying cowardly and falsely showing their date of discharge from the service as per your notification and appearing in the respective recruitment examinations though they are not eligible for the same. Even though the respective notification states that, only those persons are eligible who are serving in the Armed Forces and are due to complete the specified term of their engagement in the Armed Forces within one year from the last date prescribed. In many cases they have joined in the jobs by taking discharge after they confirmed that they have cleared the exam. In these cases the respective candidates are taking discharge from the service (Defense service) by falsely showing that they have got some private job. Hence, fraudulently leaving the service which they have to complete to get the Ex-servicemen quota and surreptitiously joining the civil jobs. Also they are falsely grabbing the opportunities of genuine Ex-servicemen category persons leaving them without jobs. You can expect how these cowards will be honest to their new organizations and how they will exploit their new employee as these people lack in morale and courage. These candidates also pledge and undertake that they are giving all correct information while applying for job regarding their candidature eligibility but they give wrong information about their date of discharge and use loopholes in the system for their benefit. 2. In view of the above you are requested to scrutinize the NOC, Appendix ‘A’ and date of discharge in the discharge book with the personal details uploaded in your websites while applying for your notifications for Ex-servicemen category candidates. If anyone found doing malpractice their candidature may be cancelled permanently to protect the genuine Ex-servicemen. Thanking you sir.
