I am Ex.Sgt X Group 15.5 years of service. Retired on 21-12-2005. My basic was fixed as 3025 at that time. Now I am drawing a basic of Rs.8075 as basic after OROP. Awaiting 7th CPC. Will I get this delinking benefit ? If so please let me know how to calculate ? Thank you.

Whether these tables are based on last Rank held?
Mr.Anand your basic from 1.1.2006 is 7750. you can calculate arrears till your pension is more than that amount.
Vigneswar Raju Sir. I can calculate till my pension is more than 7750 ? Is this means if basic is more than 7750 or the total pension including DA is more than 7750 ? Please clarify sir.
only basic will be calculated. I think your basic till june 2014 can be taken for arrears.
