Hi ! Fellow veterans. I am very happy that u all have been given some increase in pension vide cir 501 dt 17.1.2013 . But, I fail to understand as to why JCOs have been neglected, while, the honorary officers have been given enormous increase. (e.g.) a W.O.(HFO) of 26 yrs of service gets an increase of Rs.1800/-(app.) in basic alone. A W.O. Of 26 yrs service gets nothing. Can anyone throw light on this. Please do not consider this as OROP. Can our associations clarify ?
of the money allotted a main portion has gone for major rank case ( to pay arrears to affected officers) the balance money they distributed as we do during school function (sweet distribution) without any logic H.offrs are benefitted lower ranks also to the tune oof 400 t0 500 bucks JCo... Nochange .. that is it....
