I am unable to understand the O.R.O.P table for J.C.O (JWO) equivalent to Naib subedar in Army after 28 years of service there is no scale.shown. where as I have served for 32 years and 23 days How do I calculate my Pension Now for information my last Revised basic pension as on 01//07/2009 is 10675.
Is there any one who can who can through light on the above

SIR I AM AN EX-SGT SERVED FOR 25 YEARS OF AND DISCHARGED FROM SERVICE IN THE YEAR AUG 2010. IN RESPECT TO 6TH CPC I WAS AWARDED WITH ACP AND PENSION HAS BEEN FIXED ACCORDINGLY. NOW HOW TO CALCULATE MY OROP?
Please clarify the weightage aspect for calculation of length of service (in case of 20 years of service) for pension.

Dear Sir,
Our present OROP there is no weightage at all for Service. It is very sad. Let us hope the Commission entrusted with to view the anomalies will look into this aspect. Same way all the three Service the rank is equated and pension so far was different as per the scale of salary prevailing, But now the pension is made same for all three services; how this is justified?
Kindly take up this issue with higher authorities.
