@ raju with reference to your post the cir 501 has effected increase in weightage of lac/cpl/sgt and equiv to 12/10/08 ....
the mentioned tables are prepared taking lac weightage as 10 which is wrong it should be 12.......
@raju ur comments on the mis calculation as u r pointing out in ur write up that " everything is correct except......." how this mis calculation is correct...pl make me understand.... ANY BODY PLEASE.....
How intelligently prepared.No one get nothing especially JCO will not get even a single paisa.
anybody who can tell a hav with 17.5 year service in Y gp discharged in 1983 will get how much arrears ?
No body will get anything unless we put up a fight to get the table enclosed with circular no. 547 corrected.

As on 1.1.2006 the weightage was only that ie.10,8,6 & 5. The minimum calculation has to be calculated as on 1.1.2006 ie. 6th Pay Commission award. If it is not reduced prorata, the pension will be 50% as shown in chart.One more blunder they have done is showing more pension as per service rendered.Minimum pension cannot be calculated on service rendered, it has to be on the minimum of the scale of the rank.If we win in AFT people served more will be benefited with more pension.

Veterans did not get what he was talking about??? Now the picture is getting clearer???What he meant???
For ARUN JETLEY FM had lost General Election against veteran Capt Armrinder Singh from the Amritsar Lok Sabha Constituency and that he had failed in SSB twice. So, he has a score to settle against veterans. In fact Arun Jetley who has law qualification has no business to be in Finance Ministry as he has no knowledge of Finance and that Rupee is freely falling now Rs 65 is to a Dollar. NDA inherited Rs 62 to a Dollar. (Note: When I was in Srilanka during IPKF in 1980 it was Rs 16 to a dollar).
Hence we have to fight two fronts. First : to get OROP, Second - removal of Arun Jetley from FM Post.
He will put every spike in his arsenal eg 5 yr revision, VRS, 2013 base year ….and may more …..these have been specifically done by sniper FM to deny OROP…
Hence, IESM agitation needs to be escalated further by taking the agitation from JM to FM court yard by “GHERAO of FM” as sniper FM is going all out to KILL OROP!!!!
If VRS Officers are excluded from OROP and JCO's & OR's included, then "Will re-employed personnel in Defence, Para-military, PSU's etc....get OROP ?"
Did any ex servicemen received arrears payment so far. Please answer who received.
Being Sgt of X group having 15yrs 3 month regular service in IAF and medically boarded out with 100% disability in Mar 1998, today I have received arrears of Rs 12078/- according to the circular no 547 which totally wrong because some of my fellow ex Sgt received around 30k
My present service pension is Rs.6513/-, Disability pension is Rs 4650/- and CAA is Rs.4500/-
