It says only 24/9/2012 revision will be effective from 1.1.2006 where as there was no increament to JCO rank of all the three armed forces.Their increament on narrowing the differance for post and presant was w.e.f 1/7/2009 will that be w.e.f 1.1.2006 or like others the JCOs should also to go to Supreme court.Please somebody educate on this subject.
