ONE RANK ONE PENSION IS ANNOUNCED BY SRI. CHIDAMBARAM THE HON'BLE FINANCE MINISTER TODAY IN HIS BUDGET SPEECH. THIS WILL BE EFFICTIVE FROM 1.4.2014. SINCE HE EXPRESSED FURTHER BRIDGING GAP BETWEEN PRE-2006 AND POST-2006, WE MAY GET LITTLE MORE THAN WHAT IS GIVEN EARLIER BUT NOT THE REAL OROP.

Do you expect OROP OF 2014-15 WILL COVER Sergeant Rank also? Finance Minister said that the gap is closed, the left are the ranks of Sepoy, Havildar and Major and above. Please clarify.

The earlier OROP like circular in 2012 which covered all below the rank of Havildars. nb/Subhedar, subhedar and SM were not covered at all. Will this be effective to above ranks now?

What about pre-2006 retirees arrears? last congress government is not respecting the supreme court. it is a shame on our part to be an Indian.That too we are powering them for 10 years further they are trying for 5 more years. They should be totally thrown out Indian society. there should not be any name of them in forthcoming election.

I am an EX-SGT retired in the year of 2001 on completion of 20 years of service. I was holding the rank for 09 year and 11 months. Now I would like to know whether MACP is taken into account while calculating OROP?
When the election comes all the political leaders talk about OROP.They have done it for Ministers MPs judges an all the three chiefs.Even in the last general election our prime minister vehemently spoke about it.Since then nothing is heard.If the prime minister is truth full let him implement it in the earliest
