is there any enclosure to this letter? if so, where it is? Further, subject is for disabled and matter is for all ex-servicemen and family. Please do clarify whether, the same is for all or not? because, I have been refused by NHAI toll gate administrators between visakhapatnam and vijayawada and ultimately paid the toll gate fee.

IF ALL SERVING/EX-SERVICE PERSONNEL ARE EXEMPTED FROM PAYING TOLL AT NHAI TOLL GATES, THE SAME MAY BE NOTIFIED IN THE BOARD AT TOLL GATES IN WHICH THE DETAILS OF EXEMPTED PERSONS ARE DISPLAYED.
Neither NHA1 nor Punjab state toll barrier give any exemption to ex servicemen.

MANY TIMES I HAVE BEEN REFUSED BY TOLL TAX BARRIER STAFF AD THEY SHOW A LETTER BY NHAI WHERE IT IS WRITTEN THAT EX-SERVICEMEN ARE NOT EXEMPTED. WHAT IS THE USE OF THESE FAKE LETTERS.

Procurement of the so called original letter here will not help any body, as the toll plaza people do not agree to the letter and they clearly say that the letter is a fake one. If such exemption exists it should be published in national newspaper and a copy to be forwarded to the HEad office of the NHAI.
