t-110 gp v cpl (pre-1973 discharged between 01/01/1996 to 09/10/1997)

this is inital order published by mod deptt of xsm welfare
still payment order by pcda pension to all concerned agencies is awaited then only one can claim the benefit.
the effective dt is 01/01/2006(t-110) and 01/07/2009 as applicable as per table.
Is it applicable to Group III SGTS retired in 1990 also?
@ TVM THESE ORDERS R NOT APPLICABLE 2 GP III SGT BECAUSE A 15 YRS GP III LAC BASIC PENSION IS 4724 WHERE AS GP III 15 YRS SGT BASIC PENSION IS 4840 SO BASICALLY THERE IS NO LOWER/HIGHER RANK ANAMOLY.
